M-DCPS Announces Outstanding Graduation Rates

Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ (M-DCPS) graduation rose once again to reach an all-time high of 85.4 percent for the 2017-2018 academic year, a 4.7 percentage point increase for the prior year. This rate marks the highest graduation rate M-DCPS has achieved since the Florida Department of Education began tracking graduation statistics.  If charter schools are removed from the calculation, the graduation in schools managed by the District is an outstanding 89 percent.

The City of Doral’s Ronald W. Reagan/Doral High School was amongst the top performing schools with a 93.1 percent graduation rate – well above the District average.
