This sweet and delicious drink is perfect for special occasions like a Ladies Night, Mother’s Day or simply to enjoy a dessert in the form of a cocktail.
You will see the fascinating transformation of the ingredients since La Creme de Noyaux is characterized by being red but when mixed with the rest of the ingredients it will become a beautiful light pink, in addition you will fall in love with the almond flavor.
This drink is usually served in a Martini glass but today we have decided to make a small change and adapt it to our favorite glass.
- ¾ oz of Creme de Noyaux
- ¾ oz of Cocoa Cream
- ½ oz of vodka
- 1 oz vanilla ice cream
- Since you are working with a frozen ingredient it is recommended to measure and have everything prepared before mixing.
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Liquids are usually added first and ice cream last. Mix until uniform.
- The texture will not be like a shake. Remember that it is an ice cold drink. If you want more thickness simply add 1 or 2 more ounces of ice cream.
- To finish, decorate the glass with a sugar border or place a cherry on top.
