Watch the portions you eat

One of the most common mistakes I find in diets is to think that healthy food can be consumed without measure, this is where many people fail to understand why they can not control their weight if they “eat healthy”. Well, I have news for you, it is not the same to eat healthy as to do it in an orderly manner, with strategy, based on a particular objective. This is how no food, no matter how healthy it is, if consumed in excess, helps you to fulfill your goal. It is not the same to consume 4 teaspoons of peanut butter, which is equivalent to 376 Kcal, than to consume a teaspoon of peanuts, which provides 94 Kcal. Despite being a good quality food, which provides essential nutrients for our body, in excess it can make you store fat because it is a super caloric food. Caring for the portions, understanding where the calories consumed come from and keeping your diet orderly is essential when your intention is to improve body composition. Eat healthy? Yeah sure! But with responsibility.
