For foodies, Crudos Fusion Art is the perfect place in Wynwood, its Asian fusion with Latin and the mix of flavors and textures will make your meal a gastronomic experience. Renowned Venezuelan chef Edixon Hernández and his entire team are very helpful and are supporters of the arts. The decor is colorful and the atmosphere is very cool. In addition, they offer lunch specials during the week at a good price (including appetizer, main course, dessert and coffee).
Our favorite raw dishes are: Tuna tartare, Cloud Pork Belly, it’s exquisite, and visually a spectacle, since they cook the belly of the pork for 48 hours, and serve it covered in a “cloud” of cotton candy. It has cucumber in vinegar and crispy rice; then they sprinkle it with a special sauce “Ponzu”. Try also the fabulous Crudos roll. And finally, I suggest you enjoy their cocktails, the Mojito de Parchita is wonderful.
