Miami-Dade Public Library System’s Doral Branch will have a new home. The library is being relocated to 8551 NW 53 Street, A107, in Downtown Doral. This branch will continue to offer the great services, programs and events patrons enjoy while also providing new ones. Operating hours and phone number will remain the same.

The City of Doral will be implementing its “Mobile Permit Service”. This program is intended to assist individuals with special needs in acquiring permits for minor home improvement projects. The program is available for our Veterans, Senior Citizens and our residents with limited mobility. Congratulations to Doral FlexOne, LLC. for their outstanding commitment to Keeping Doral Beautiful. They have been in Doral for over 15 years. The property is approximately 23,220 total square feet. Some of the recent improvements performed on the property include updating the entire building facade facing 79th Ave., installing hurricane impact windows, ADA compliant ramps, irrigation lines, and planters, and resealing and re-striping the parking lot.

The Trails and Tails Park large and small dog areas will be closed on Tuesday, July 2nd and Tuesday, July 23rd for weed control treatments. Weather permitting, the dog areas will be reopened on Wednesday, July 3rd.

Doral Police will be enforcing Miami-Dade County’s Teen Curfew. Teens under the age of 17 cannot be out Sundays – Thursdays after 11:00 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays after 12:00 midnight. Exemptions apply. Get all the facts at http://miamidade.gov/curfew
